III rehab - a 2-in-1 instrument for assessment and management of Balance Dysfunction

Abstract
Balance impairment is common in patients with neurological dysfunction which needs specific assessment and management. Variety of tools are available for assessment and management separately. But very few instruments offer both facilities. III Rehab by Physiosensing is a lightweight Balance Plate offers a series of Assessment protocols to test the Balance of an individual and also includes variety of treatment options. It also has a wide range of Rehab activities with varying levels of difficulty that you can adjust as per the patient's level of impairment or capability. This unit can have an add on feature Libra VR Software and Goggles for Virtual Reality for Vestibular Rehab. Physiosensing also offers other models like the III Max Rehab which is a longer Platform which includes protocols like Forward Lunge , Step Up and Over along with the protocols of the III Rehab. In addition, the Physiosensing Kinesim is a unique Dynamic Platform which Induces Perturbation and challenges the subject's ability to maintain Balance. The visual stimulus provides realistic environment that matches the perturbation.
