Abstract

The Symani Surgical System enhances robotic-assisted microsurgery by reducing tremors and increasing precision. It allows surgeons to perform complex procedures with improved accuracy. Studies show marked tremor reduction, better surgical accuracy, and shorter critical procedure times, though setup can be time-consuming. Limited invasion leads to faster recovery, but the high cost and learning curve are challenges. Despite early-stage adoption, it holds the potential to become a standard tool for microsurgery.
